This Shipping Policy explains how AyurSehat (“we”, “our”, “us”) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- During high-demand periods (sales, festivals), processing may take longer.
- If an item is out of stock or needs verification, we may contact you before dispatch.

- Estimated delivery timelines depend on your location and courier service.
- Typical delivery time: 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- Remote/extended areas may take additional time.

- We deliver to most serviceable pincodes in India.
- If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be informed at checkout or by our support team.

- Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value as displayed on the website (e.g., “Free shipping above Rs. 999”).
- Shipping offers can change without prior notice.

- Incorrect or incomplete details may cause delivery failure, delays, or return-to-origin (RTO).
- AyurSehat is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

- Once dispatched, we may share tracking details via SMS/WhatsApp/email (where available).
- Tracking updates depend on the courier partner and may take a few hours to appear.
๐ฆ 7) Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery
- Courier partners usually attempt delivery 1–3 times.
- If you are unavailable, the courier may reschedule or hold the package for a limited period.
- If delivery fails and the parcel is returned (RTO), you may be charged for re-shipping (if applicable).
๐ต 8) Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD availability depends on your pincode, order value, and courier partner rules.
- Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery to avoid delays.
- For repeated COD refusals, we may restrict COD on future orders.

- We pack products securely to reduce damage during transit.
- For food products, packaging may include protective material to maintain product quality.

10) Damaged / Missing / Wrong Items (At Delivery)
- If the package looks tampered/damaged, please record an unboxing video and take clear photos.
- If you receive a wrong or missing item, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with order details and evidence.
- We may offer a replacement/refund based on verification and our Return Policy.
๐ง 11) Perishable / Temperature-Sensitive Items
- Some food products may be sensitive to heat/cold and require proper storage after delivery.
- Please follow label instructions (refrigeration, sealing, etc.) immediately after receiving the order.
- Quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery are not covered.

- You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting support.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, Return Policy rules apply.
