This Return & Refund Policy explains how AyurSehat (“we”, “our”, “us”) handles returns, replacements, and refunds for food and health-supporting products purchased from our website.

1) Eligibility for Return / Replacement
You may request a return/replacement/refund if:

- ๐ข You received an item with missing quantity (missing items in the package).
- โ The package was tampered at delivery.

- Return/replacement requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or consumed food items are generally not eligible for return.
- Sealed/unopened items may be eligible only in cases of damage, wrong item, missing item, or quality issue verified by us.

To process your request quickly, please keep the following ready:

Note: Without proof, we may not be able to approve a return/refund request.

- If eligible and stock is available, we will ship a replacement.
- If the item is out of stock, we may offer a refund or alternative solution.
- Replacement dispatch timeline depends on verification and availability.

- No unboxing video / insufficient proof.
- Product is opened/used/consumed (except verified issues).
- Damage due to incorrect storage after delivery (e.g., not refrigerating when required).
- Minor packaging variations by the brand/manufacturer that do not affect product quality.

- Refunds for taste preference or personal dislike are generally not applicable.
- If you believe there is a genuine quality issue (spoiled/expired), contact us immediately with proof for verification.

- In some cases, we may arrange a pickup (if serviceable) or ask you to ship the product back.
